Job duties and responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to players’ skill levels and goals.
• Teach proper techniques for strokes, footwork, serves, and volleys.
• Provide individualized feedback to improve performance and consistency.
• Organize group and private lessons for juniors, adults, and competitive players.
• Instruct players on match strategy, mental toughness, and sportsmanship.
• Conduct fitness and conditioning drills to enhance agility and endurance.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques and industry trends.
• Prepare players for tournaments and competitive play.

Candidate qualifications and skills

Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, strategies, and rules.
Prior experience in coaching or playing.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Ability to work with players of all ages and skill levels.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching the game.
