How will you make an impact? You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skills You will drive sales and act as a role model, constantly nurturing relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships You will uphold the highest boutique operations standards, including aftersales procedure You will participate to off-site events and clienteling activities How will you experience success with us? You have previous experience in Fine Jewelry/Watches You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and English, any other language is a plus You have a solid knowledge and passion for gemstones and watches You have excellent interpersonal competences in order to develop a network of loyal clients You are meticulous, organized, and highly client focused How do we keep you smiling? You will based in one of our Cartier Boutiques in Amsterdam ( Hoofstraat or Bijenkorf). You will collaborate with experienced and inspiring colleagues. You will have the opportunity to make the most of your fine jewelry knowledge by presenting our iconic Cartier creations to each client.
