For our client, active in the datacenter business, we are looking to recruit a Low Voltage System Engineer (secondment to staff).
The focus in the team is on the engineering and production of low-voltage distribution systems within the international data center industry. As an engineer, you will work together with a lead engineer on technical design, factory testing and commissioning activities in a young team. The emphasis is on hardware engineering. Visiting our projects and factories is also part of this role.

The job:

• Engineering work at the office/home such as: Designing distribution systems and coordinating interfaces with our customers, Make basic and detailed design, Selection of materials, Prepare drawings with support from CAD engineer and Handling of technical issues;
• Managing our factory during production, and organizing the factory tests;
• Record the progress of the work and resolve technical residual issues;
• Placing orders and learning to estimate commercial impact for extra work that is carried out.

Requested:

• Completed Bachelor in electrical engineering or equivalent;

5 years of work experience in the projects;

• Preferably experience in designing electrical panels;
• Flexible work attitude, practical and result-oriented;
• Communicative, committed, stress-resistant and able to act in a hectic environment;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken), Dutch is an advantage;
• In possession of driver s license B and living in the Randstad;
• Fulltime availability.
