The Enterprise Application Services (EAS) - Pega practice is specialized in designing, developing and maintaining Pega solutions. Pega is a leader in software for digital transformation. Pega takes a fundamentally different approach to structuring technology, starting with customers and the outcomes they’re trying to achieve. It is called the Center-out™ approach, since it avoids the common mistakes of starting top-down from customer channels, or bottom-up from (legacy) systems. The Cognizant EAS-Pega practice is one of the largest Pega practices globally, with a team of 3000+ certified associates worldwide.

The position

Cognizant’s EAS-PEGA Practice is one of the leading PEGA service providers in the industry, well known for its ability to deliver PEGA solutions & thought leadership to customers. As we are strengthening our European operations we want to leverage our thought leadership capabilities to drive clients to accelerate the pace of their BPM implementation through the maturity curve.

To augment our PEGA delivery and practice team, we are looking for a PEGA Lead System Architect (between 8+ years of overall experience), having excellent technical, design/ architecture consulting and hands implementation experience on Pega PRPC and allied enterprise technology / architecture stacks. The candidate should have experience in designing and implementing applications & solutions with Pega PRPC and allied Pega PRPC Insurance frameworks (must).

A Lead System Architect plays one of the roles in ensuring the standards of application quality & design & development using Pega PRPC and meets the functional/ non-functional requirements of today’s business and is also robust & scalable.
