Project Lead Influencers

Social Enterprise - Amsterdam - 16-10-2024 Naar vacature

In 2020 Social Enterprise NL conducted
on the ways social enterprises can influence the broader business community to act more sustainable. Through academic literature research and case studies from the field, we concluded that social enterprises influence other businesses in three main ways:

‘Raising the possible’ (showing that it is possible to do business more sustainably),
‘Raising the desirable’ (showing that it is desirable to do business more sustainably),

‘Raising the acceptable’ (showing that it is unacceptable not to do business more sustainably).
The study also showed that social entrepreneurs are motivated to expand their indirect impact through influencing, but that many lack the skills and or knowledge to do so effectively. Therefore we start a project to develop an online course to help social entrepreneurs build their influencing strategy and skills, an online environment to make the content available to all and a campaign to raise awareness on influencing.

For this project we are searching for a project lead with deep expertise in online learning.

Develop a first conceptual design of the online course and online environment
Select and manage the required external partners (didactic, design, video, content matter experts, text editors, publishing, etc)
Overall project management including budget control.

Aware of the latest developments and technologies around online learning
Knowledge on UX and lean working methods
Experience in (preferably international) project management

Solid stakeholdermanagement skills
An engagement with sustainability is helpful.
We expect this role will require an average of 16 hours a week for a period of ~18 months. The project lead works together with a team from Social Enterprise NL and external researchers and partners.
