You will be able to apply your passion for technology to excite our customers and provide them with the best possible experience and outcomes. What we are looking for:If you are a recent college graduate looking to grow your career in the Networking space while immersing yourself in innovative technologies such as AI/ML, Automation, IoT, multi-cloud and 5G, then be a part of Juniper’s Associate Sales Engineering Program!This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in pre-sales, gain practical experience and advance within the world’s leading AI-Native Networking Platform. What you will do:This twelve-month program will build foundational understanding of Networking industry concepts, develop pre-sales techniques and skills and provide the opportunity to create meaningful work across multiple areas in our Sales Engineering organization such as: Program enhancements: Participate in the deployment of best practices Partner inquires: Responds to partner technical counterparts’ presales inquires Collaboration: Lend a hand on projects with the end goal of enhancing your knowledge of products and best practices Attend and assist onsite customer presentations and engagements, including solution demonstrations Prepare technical responses to customer proposals and follow up on customer questions Participate in the development of lab proof-of-concept configurations based on test plans Deliver training and workshops Seek to learn and build solutions that fit customer needs At the end of the program, you will have been empowered to conduct pre-sales activities the Juniper Way; Juniper Sales operates in an agile, high-velocity capacity that sets and beats records almost daily; your unique abilities and ideas will help us to continue making a difference!In addition to creating a unique, highly engaging experience, the program also includes many corporate activities throughout the year, and structured as follows: Candidates chosen for this program will begin November 2024 ASEs will spend the first 12 weeks building foundational knowledge New Hire training event - provided within a few months after start date Hands-on labs will be provided for ASEs to apply their learnings TechSummit event Guest speakers will be scheduled for additional learning support and further exploration of various topics Quarterly milestones in the form of certifications will be provided Sales Kick Off (SKO) event The program provides 12-months of learning content; work contributions beyond learning start on day one and will increase as content is consumed in its totality This is a full-time position. After the initial12-months, ASEs will be able to entertain job openings that match their interests and skills with the needs of the business You might be a good fit if you are: You love to learn new technologies and curious about how things work Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to meet multiple deadlines Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities Team player - The program is designed for group learning and growing together.
