What are you going to do?

In this role as an Analytical Chemist HPLC, your responsibilities include:

• Preparing for the execution of analyses by setting up test configurations, preparing (complex) equipment, and sampling
• Performing chemical analyses such as HPLC, GC, NIR, TOC, and wet-chemical analyses
• Working according to GMP guidelines
• Reviewing and (re)calculating analysis results from colleagues or results that are out of specification, evaluating and reporting abnormal outcomes (in collaboration with the test specialist)
• Preparing standard and specific reports (in Dutch and English)
• Performing maintenance and calibrations on laboratory equipment.

What do we ask?

For the position of Analytical Chemist HPLC, we are looking for an enthusiastic MLO-4 or HLO candidate. Additionally, we ask for the following:

• Work or internship experience with HPLC and/or other instrumental analysis techniques
• Experience working according to (GMP) guidelines and with Empower 3 is a plus
• Proactive, flexible, critical, and stress-resistant
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English

• Salary indication starting from €2700.00 gross per month based on 40 hours/week
• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Day shift

This pharmaceutical company has a long history in the Netherlands in the fields of research and development, production, and sales of innovative medicines and vaccines for both humans and animals. The company has several laboratories where physical and analytical chemical tests are performed on both final products and raw materials.

Via CheckMark een nieuwe uitdaging gevonden in een andere branch, bij Royal Talens in Apeldoorn. Telefonisch een goed eerste gesprek gehad over de vacature, gevolgd door een verdiepende Microsoft Teams-meeting (fijn om elkaar aan te kijken tijdens een gesprek). Uitgebreid gesproken over de vacature, maar ook over wat ik zocht en hoopte te vinden in een nieuwe uitdaging. De betrokkenheid van CheckMark, in de persoon van Na Rae De Jong, is me heel erg goed bevallen! Er wordt contact me je opgenomen om je voor te bereiden op de sollicitatiegesprekken.
