Drive innovation, accelerate growth, and maintain our competitive edge in advanced image guided minimally invasive procedural solutions.Your role:Strategic Growth & Business DevelopmentLead the strategic planning process, collaborating with Finance, Business Excellence, Marketing and Regional teams to define strategic goals, establish key performance indicators (KPIs) with measurable impact on revenue, market share and profitability, and facilitate reporting on execution progress.Define long-term vision and priorities, aligning with business leadership, market trends, and customer needs to create a roadmap for sustainable growth.Work hand in hand with Strategy Execution leader to drive execution through a structured operating cadence, ensuring alignment across functions, tracking progress, and making data-driven adjustments as needed.Define with IGT Business Development team the growth agenda, including inorganic opportunities (M&A, ventures, partnerships, and commercial excellence strategies).Portfolio Management & Market IntelligenceContribute to portfolio management efforts, ensuring a balanced investment strategy across hardware, software, and services that maximizes business impact, and drives competitiveness.Maintain a real-time view of the competitive landscape, working with Market Intelligence and Forecasting teams to anticipate market shifts, technical advancements, and emerging customer needs.Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to guide leadership decisions, balancing risks, trade-offs, and value chain shifts.Cross-Functional Collaboration & ExecutionPartner with product management, R&D, marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, Services and Regional teams to ensure effective problem solving of strategic problems with quality and speed.Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership, contributing to high-level decision-making and long-term planning.Foster alignment across business functions, ensuring strategic initiatives are successfully integrated into execution plans.Stakeholder Engagement & Thought LeadershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, key industry influencers, and ecosystem partners.Develop and deliver impactful strategic communications internally and externally to align teams and influence industry discussions.Engage with major customers, industry leaders, and regulatory bodies to stay ahead of market trends and drive Philips’ strategic positioning in IGT Systems.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, positioning our IGT Systems business unit as an industry leader.You're the right fit if:You have 10+ years of experience in strategy development, business execution, and corporate development, with at least 5 years in healthcare technology or image-guided therapy systems.Deep understanding of the healthcare regulatory landscape, reimbursement models, and clinical workflows in interventional procedures. Experience working with or close to Regulated medical devices, quality processes, and associated regulatory environments.Proven track record of leading high-impact strategic initiatives and driving top-line and bottom-line growth at a global scale.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong bias for action, ability to navigate ambiguity, and deep ownership to drive impact beyond the scope of responsibility.Master’s degree (MBA, Healthcare Informatics, Medical Imaging, or a related field) strongly preferred.Proven ability to drive portfolio management strategies and align internal initiatives with broader business objectives.Experience being part of senior leadership teams and influencing high-level strategic decisions.International business experience with global perspective on market dynamics, healthcare ecosystemsAbility to travel up to 25% (including international travel) as required.How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
