Job requirements

You’ll be responsible for shaping client engagements and helping to further build our sustainable finance capability. You have an existing network in the domain, you are able to nurture client relationships, bring our propositions to the client, and recognise new commercial opportunities to help ACE grow.

What will you do

You will be expected to act as subject-matter expert and a mentor to the more junior consultants in our team and on a daily basis work closely with one of our directors. Prepare yourself for a role with significant responsibility and high impact.

Your Key capabilities are:

Lead & Innovate

: Guide client engagements from start to finish, making sure our implementations are both cutting-edge and practical.

Execute & Implement

: Take ownership of implementation strategies for our clients and help ACE to define new ways to make a lasting impact

Build Relationships

: Be the bridge between clients and our team, ensuring that every engagement drives value for all stakeholders.

Growth mindset

: Ambitious and entrepreneurial

Experience you will bring

• 6-12 years in the financial services sector, preferably with a consulting background;
• Affinity with the topic of sustainable finance and regulatory change;
• Experience with leading teams on client engagements;
• Excellent communication and presenting skills in English.
