Clear communication, collaboration, and a commitment to Agile principles contribute to the overall success of projects within Renewi's organizational structure.The Lead DevOps engineer applies a cross-functional, collaborative approach for the creation of customer-centric software solutions and introduces automation throughout the software production system to deliver better software faster. The Lead DevOps engineer is a senior IT professional with a vast Salesforce and technical experiences that will serve as the leader of the CRM capability. Your main tasks & responsibilitiesAs a Lead DevOps engineer CRM you are directly responsible for helping the business achieve their business goals through your technical leadership skills.Collaborate with Architects, IT and Business Product Owners/Managers, Business analysts, DevOps Engineers to ensure that the right software is built and build as intended, where a fit-to-standard approach is preferred.Optimize application development, maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and by reusing proven solutions. Possess a familiarity with infrastructure as code, automation, monitoring, and the DevOps mindset.Employs specialist knowledge to supervise complex testing programs and takes accountability for compliance with testing procedures including a documented audit trail. Accounts for his own and other's development and configuration activities.Supports the team in the ideate/concept phase to shape the solution and cost estimation.What are we looking for 8+ years Salesforce experience.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.Deep (certified) Salesforce proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Administration, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, APEX, Force.com, AppExchange deployment.Experience with DevOps tools and practices.Possess source-code management skills using tools like Azure DevOps.Experience with data migrations and integrations.Experience working with Agile methodologies.Excellent teamwork, communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills with internal and external partners.What do we offer?A salary between €5.000,00 - €7.000,00 gross per month depending on experience.laptop, mobile phone and attractive pension plan.Bonus scheme.27,5 vacation days.1001 online training courses rangin from Agile Management to Social Media Marketing to Business English.A team of great colleague who endeavor to support our organisation in their mission to make the world a more sustainable place.A challenging and dynamic work environment with lots of room for personal and professional growth.Interested?Are you our new Lead DevOps Engineer CRM?
