Doel van de rol

In deze uitdagende rol leid je een team met specialisten op het gebied van wegbouwkunde. Tijdens de aansturing ben je ene voorbeeld op het gebied van samenwerking, ontwikkeling en ondernemerschap. Naast jouw uitmuntende kwaliteiten in het blijvend binden van opdrachtgevers ben jij dé gesprekspartner op het gebied van innovatieve oplossingen binnen de wegbouwkunde.

Juiste afstemming en correcte projectbeheersing op financieel, technisch en praktisch gebied staan bij jou hoog in het vaandel. Je bent commercieel onderlegd en neemt deel aan activiteiten om de order intake te verzorgen en bent verantwoordelijk voor offerte trajecten.

Kennis en vaardigheden

• Een relevante afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding
• People management skills en het vermogen om draagvlak te creëren
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met advisering binnen de civiele techniek, bij voorkeur binnen het vakgebied wegbouwkunde

Met een brede variatie aan verschillende soorten (integrale en niet-integrale) projecten binnen civiele techniek (in de breedste zin van de woorden), bouw, energie en water wordt gewerkt in verschillende teams van ongeveer 15 man groot.
