We are looking for a
Warehouse Supervisor
for our EMEA headquarter in s’-Hertogenbosch

About the position:
Supermicro has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our warehouse. This position will oversee the daily processes of the warehouse and may be assigned to one or more areas of focus. As Warehouse Supervisor, you must be a leader with excellent communication skills, drive, and performance quality standards. This position will be located in the EMEA headquarters in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Arrange / schedule with any carrier for pick up good to customer
House carrier cooperate dealing
Arrange well team’s work loading
Well communicate the shipment deal with sales/customer's forwarder/customer
Optimizes the working steps in order for working process smoothly, and prevent the mistake
Consignment shipping quote issues
Assist / back up team member if any needed
Adhere to company warehouse policies and procedures and WIP
Observe safety and security procedures
Meet productivity standards, including completing work in a timely manner for team's KPI
Completed additional duties which may be assigned by management
Certainty to follow up the company rule and management instruction
Autonomous support other group in warehouse
Relative warehouse ISO engaged
Regular OT required when needed

About you:
We are looking for a colleague who has the ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness. Besides that, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

Proven leadership experience
Any supply chain or warehouse background
Knowledge of computer skills, MS Office a preferred
Will be plus if system knowledge with SAP
Deal with stress
Well to cross departmental communication
