Sales Support Specialist
(m/f)
The
Sales Support Specialist
has the core task of supporting the Sales team and its (Key) Account Managers by means of project, process and order coordination, effective administration and communication. In addition to this challenging task, you will coordinate international fairs & events.
The
Sales Support Specialist
reports to the Director of Sales & Business Development and is the main departmental point of contact for all other internal departments (Logistics, Finance, Quality and E-Commerce/Marketing).
So what does that mean?
You will have the following key responsibilities:Support the development of the business
- First contact for sales and order related questions from customers (e.g. order and shipment status, stock levels, product availability, process, deals), sending test packages and info emails on behalf of the Sales
- (Co-)organize and coordinate business fairs and other events.
- Responsible for departmental administrative / financial processes, in close cooperation with other departments.
- Initiate, develop and implement (new) working procedures / processes in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the department itself and in the cooperation with other departments.
- Generate sales statistics and other sales related reports.
- Prepare sales meetings and presentations, follow-up on action plans and meeting notes.
- Support the (Key) Account Managers with the preparation of business meetings.
- Gather info for Monthly Newsletters, follow up and communicate internally in case of changes in our network of business partners.
- Responsible for keeping the customer data and product portfolio up-to-date.
- Further development of the system to make it even more effective and useful.

are as follows:
- Education: HBO degree in Commercial Economics / Business Administration.
- Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in a B2B environment.
- Computer Skills:proficient user of MS Office, experience with SuperOffice is a plus.
- Languages – Excellent English & German and/or French, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are considered a benefit.
