Assured of a good reception

As a Receptionist(e), you will provide a warm welcome and excellent service to visitors and employees of the company you work for. The trick is to make their visit an experience that guests will not easily forget. In addition, you take care of perfect registration and pour a nice cup of coffee or tea. As a spider in the web, you also answer phone inquiries, respond to emails and reserve meeting rooms. What this job is all about: creating and sharing new experiences. This makes every day different! What we ask of you

• Experience in providing excellent service (experience in hospitality/hotelling is a plus);
• A proactive work ethic, thinking in solutions;
• A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
• You are fluent in Dutch and can communicate well in English;
• Living in (the vicinity of) Amsterdam;
• You are willing to travel by public transportation;

Immediate availability on Mon 08:30-17:30, Wed 0

8:30-17:30 (temporary), do 08:30-17:30 and Fri 08:30-17:30 = 34 hours.
