Job responsibilities as a recruiter:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sitting with the hiring managers to qualify the role; posting the job description; phone screening and interviewing candidates; negotiating salary and preparing the contract; and on- boarding the new hires.
- Actively search for and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn and other suitable platforms
- Gather feedback and keep all stakeholders informed during a recruitment cycle
- Apply for IND work permits and 30% rulings
- Keep the Applicant Tracking System up to date
Job requirements:
- at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Fluent Dutch/French/German and English (written and verbal)
- Familiar with Recruitment basics such as screening of cv’s, Boolean search, STAR method
- Available full time
