What will you be doing?

As a Customer Service Specialist you are the first point of contact for all internal and external contacts. Furthermore you are responsible for the total order management flow:

• First point of contact for your own customers
• Answering questions about products, delivery times and price lists
• Coordinating the order process
• Solving problems and complaints about the orders
• Contact for several internal departments
• Pro-actively contacting the customer if there are delivery changes or anything concerning the order
• Building a relationship with the customer
• Participating in several projects in order to improve the internal processes

Where will you end up?

For an international manufacturing organization we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist. Together with a team of international colleagues you will be responsible for the overall order tracking and all issues that will arrise during a typical working day.

Our client offers a versatile position within an international organization that pays a lot of attention to the development of its employees. The salary is competitive and is depending on age and experience.

What do you bring along?

In order to qualify for this international and fulltime position you should meet the following job requirements:

• Education at bachelor's level.
• At least 2 years experience in an international Customer Service, Order Management or Account Executive position
• Speaking fluently English and French
• Experience with SAP
• Fulltime available
