Systeembeheerder met netwerk kennis

Opdrachtomschrijving

Het team automatisering van de GGD is in transitie. In het kader van het besluit dat genomen is om alle ICT dienstverlening van de GGD in de stedelijke regie organisatie op te nemen is er een T&T Programma opgezet. De transitie komt in een stroomversnelling.

Naast de reguliere werkzaamheden die de Run optimaal houden is er ook werk vanuit de transitie.
We zijn op zoek naar een systeembeheerder die mee kan werken in de 2e/3e lijn en ondersteuning kan bieden in transitiewerkzaamheden.

Werkzaamheden

• het afhandelen van meldingen;
• beheer werkzaamheden;
• changes voorbereiden en uitvoeren.
• Inhoudelijk meedenken in oplossingen voor netwerkvraagstukken.
• Vraagbaak voor service desk.

Gemeentelijke organisatie

De gemeentelijke organisatie bestaat uit 5 clusters, een bestuurs- en concernstaf, 7 stadsdelen en 1 stadsgebied. De stadsdelen besturen samen met de gemeenteraad, burgemeester en wethouders de stad Amsterdam. De 5 clusters zijn: Ruimte en Economie, Sociaal, Stadbeheer, Bedrijfsvoering, Digitalisering, Innovatie en Informatie. De clusters hebben expertise op een specifiek terrein, zoals sport, jeugd of parkeren. Zij werken beleid uit tot stadsbrede kaders waarbinnen de stadsdelen het uitvoerende werk kunnen doen. Ook bieden zij directe ondersteuning aan bewoners die dit nodig hebben, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van participatie of werk. De stadsdelen houden zich onder andere bezig met de inrichting van straten en pleinen, groen en parken en welzijnswerk in de buurt. Ze zorgen ervoor dat wat ze doen, past bij de behoeften in hun stadsdeel en bij het beleid voor de hele stad. De opdrachtgever(s)

De afdeling automatisering bestaat uit ongeveer 18 FTE bestaande uit systeembeheerders en servicedesk. Samen zorgen wij voor de ICT omgeving van de GGD Amsterdam. Je maakt deel uit van een servicedesk met 6 collega's. Samen behandelen jullie meldingen - zowel telefonisch, via Topdesk als bij de balie. Daarnaast ga je regelmatig binnen de locaties op pad om de eindklant te helpen of voor het trouble shooten van werkplekken of systemen die gebruikt worden binnen de GGD.

Wij garanderen we de Run van de GGD en werken we mee in de transitie naar de stedelijke regie organisatie. In deze fase van de transitie is het belangrijk dat de kandidaat snel mee kan draaien en goed binnen ons team past. Je doet ervaring op binnen een transformatie bij een team dat uiteindelijk opgeheven gaat worden.

Eisen:

• De aangeboden kandidaat heeft in de afgelopen 2 jaar binnen een zorgorganisatie gewerkt waar onder andere gebruik wordt gemaakt van Citrix, Netscaler, Ivanti. PVS. Dit dient duidelijk te blijken uit het cv
• De aangeboden kandidaat heeft aantoonbare ervaring en diepgaande kennis van Intune en is senior in gedrag en communicatie. Dit dient duidelijk te blijken uit het cv
• De aangeboden kandidaat heeft aantoonbare netwerk en infrastructuur ervaring inclusief beheer van Firewalls en ervaring met Tenable en SNOW. Dit dient duidelijk te blijken uit het cv

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
