The
Completion Database Coordinator
reports to the Turnover Manager and is responsible for setup, daily maintenance, loading and administration of Completions Management System database. Perform electronic (engineering) data uploads, resolve data issues / conflicts, generate and distribute reports / graphs for quality documents and punch list items on a specified schedule, generate and distribute weekly preservation reports and coordinate work completions management system database technicians. Supports the turnover manager in the turnover and completions activities

Responsibilities & Activities:

Managing the Completions Management System database software, including input by the Engineering, Construction & Contractors.
Manages Completions Management System and updates the database, items and reports as changes occur on the project.
Manages internal links between Completions Management System database objects (i.e., Equipment by Turnover System).
Supervises Completions Management System database Technicians.
Daily entry / update of project data.
Establishes reporting from Completions Management System
Establish training requirements for new project users.
Assists in the preparation of Turnover Packages and report status of Turnover Packages to project management.
Confirm Construction completion (Construction status tracking by Completions Management System)
Collect all punch list generated through joint walk-downs from system owners and distribute all categorized punch list to Project team and (sub-)Contractor.

Updates the classifications and required Inspection & Test Records for each class / tag number. Ensures forms are available for use
Support that Turnover Package documentation is complete, accurate and system boundaries are identified correctly.

Required Qualification & Background:

Organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat applications
Experience with Completion Tools
Language: English (fluent/native) in written and speaking.
Project Site Position
You must be authorized to work in the Netherlands
