Your job

As a Functional IT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our IT solutions. You'll be part of a dynamic DevOps team, working in a SCRUM environment, where you'll lead initiatives and drive the functional aspects of our applications. Your responsibilities include:

• Configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to meet business needs, with a strong foundation in Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
• Engaging in requirements analysis and business process management.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and designing solutions that align with our strategic goals.
• Educating and training colleagues to elevate the team's overall understanding and capability.

Your profile

We are seeking a senior-level functional consultant who is not only technically proficient but also curious and communicative, with the ability to challenge and explore diverse solutions. You should be someone who doesn't just accept the status quo but seeks to understand and solve problems collaboratively. Key qualifications include:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE configuration.
• Strong knowledge of SCRUM methodologies, even if we adopt a SCRUM-ish approach.
• Ability to independently manage projects and guide the team without being an official team lead.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to gather requirements and configure Dynamics applications hands-on.
