About the work

Are you a qualified Pedagogical Professional looking for a flexible job where you can determine your own availability? Or are you almost finished with your MBO or HBO education, or have you already completed 50-75% of your HBO degree and are you looking for a job you enjoy going to? At De Kleine Wereld , we offer you the opportunity to combine work and study, or earn an extra side income during the vacations.

As an on-call worker at De Kleine Wereld , you work flexibly, on the days that are most convenient for you. You decide how many hours per week you are available, both during school weeks and vacations.

In this position, you and your colleagues will be responsible for the care, development and nurturing of a vertical or horizontal group of children, with ages ranging from 0 to 4. You organize appropriate and challenging activities that match the children's development. In doing so, you offer a safe and stimulating environment in which the children can develop optimally.

In addition, you will maintain professional communication with parents/caregivers and contribute to the daily care of the group room.

We offer you

Salary:

An attractive salary in scale 6 between €2,577 and €3,541 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week, in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Childcare. The salary depends on your education and experience.

Vacations:

You will receive 26 vacation days per year based on a 36-hour work week.

Vacation allowance and year-end bonus:

You will receive 8% vacation allowance (paid in May) and a 4% year-end bonus (paid in December).

Contract:

We start with a 12-month contract.

Academy days and team outings:

twice a year, De Kleine Wereld organizes academy days for all employees. These days are both educational and fun, with drinks to end the day. In addition, each Location organizes an annual team outing, where you and your colleagues decide what to do.

Childcare Academy:

Through our DKW Academy, you get extensive opportunities to develop yourself in the directions you find interesting.

About your qualities

You share our passion and love for the profession. You offer children safety, security and stimulate them in their development. In addition, you hold a mbo or college degree (or next) that qualifies you to work in childcare.
