Waiter/Waitress

:
  • Ensuring a smooth service of the bar/restaurant is your top priority! You will take care of duties like holding team briefings, allocating resources and supporting the team.
  • Leading by example marks your leadership style. You perfectly know how to inspire, coach and mentor your fellow team members!
  • Your biggest motivator? Exceeding guests' expectations and getting them to return for a 2nd (or even 3rd) visit!
  • You have the skills and knowledge to ensure the team is suitably trained and given the opportunity to grow and develop.
  • Hospitality is in your DNA!
  • You share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
  • Experience as Food & Beverage Supervisor in a hotel or similar venue? Perfect!
  • Not a morning person? No worries, you can deliver your services in the evening hours!
