What are you going to do?

Are you customer-oriented, do you enjoy working with people and processes and do you strive for constant improvement? Do you also have extensive experience with ERP systems? Then you might be our new Business Process Consultant! 

As a Business Process Consultant you will be dealing with ERP & Process, the core of our business. At the moment we are working with MS Dynamics NAV 2013. 

 
Is this platform still suitable for our organization? That is for you to investigate! Your biggest task is to map out the possibilities of a new ERP system (for example Business Central). You will take the lead in this. Together with colleagues you will investigate which ERP system is suitable for our organization. For this you will map the current situation and processes and from there propose a suitable ERP system. You convince the management and the MT to take the lead in a successful implementation. You facilitate training and write clear work processes so that systems are used correctly. 

In addition, you continuously look for improvements so that user-friendliness is optimized and organizational goals can be achieved. Of course you support the current ERP (Navision) as long as it is in use.

Who are we looking for?

You have at least 3-5 years of working experience as a consultant and experience with ERP systems (Navision is a plus)
You speak and write fluent Dutch and/or English
You are available for 40 hours
You are good at thinking in processes
You are a real self starter, proactive and take initiative; strong communicator and experienced in stakeholder management
Focused on innovation and continuous improvement
