About the position:

As payroll and benefits specialist at SWIFT, you will seamlessly run payroll and benefits administration for the employees, including expatriates, in the Netherlands and other EMEA countries. Here’s what you will be doing on a daily basis:

Manage the HR services for our NL office together with your direct colleague which includes ARBO management, onboarding of new joiners, provide assistance for contract terminations and HR administration;

Manage autonomously the HR Services for 1-2 smaller EMEA countries ranging from 1 – 25 employees;
Act pro-actively as HR advisor towards managers and employees on various topics such absences, benefits, local legislation, etc.;
Take initiative to improve the service level of the HR Core team;
Follow-up on local legislation to ensure compliance;

Contribute to projects, such as:

• Renewal HR System;
• Compensation and benefit reviews in close cooperation with your international C&B colleagues;
• CI projects - we are continuously looking for more efficiency and service improvement.

About you:

We are looking for a solution-oriented and proactive colleague, with strong organization skills and a stress resistant mindset. You are analytical and can both work in a team and independently. Not only are you eager to learn and do you take self-initiative, besides that, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

of 3 years HR experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in an international environment;
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch and German is an asset;
Good skills with tools such as excel, familiarity with Workday and Cobra is an asset;
You have proven communication skills (both spoken and written);
Integrity, confidentiality and discretion are essential.
