Vessel Motion Specialist, area
What will be your responsibilities?
- Analyse single and multi-body motion behaviour and offshore workability
- Prepare design documents and (Hydrodynamic) analysis reports
- Perform mooring and dynamic positioning analysis
- Develop engineering tools, specifications, guidelines and procedures
- Perform load out, transportation and towage engineering
- Calculate strength and stability of vessels and barges
What is your talent?
- At least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine or Offshore Engineering (or similar).
- Experience in offshore (wind) installations.
- Strong analytical skills and technical abilities.
- Flexible and collaborative approach to design and development.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. Ansys Fluent/CFX, AQWA, Orcaflex, Shipshape, Matlab, GMoor).
- You already live in The Netherlands and you speak English perfectly!
