Description

As a Process Governance Manager you will be responsible for defining global supply chain processes as well as　creating frameworks & guidelines.　In your role you will be defining approval limits, RASIC and clear responsibilities across global supply chain activities and ensure roll out and compliance.　In this　role you　will have no direct reports, but you will work closely together with various SCM managers on a global and regional level.

Your tasks will include:

• 　Be an active member in various SC projects that influences process & governance
• 　Document processes that reflects the reality and in compliance with company governance
• 　Creating a global governance framework that captures efficient decision making process with appropriate controls
• 　Capturing the requirements of internal & external audit for all global supply chain activities
• 　Facilitate organizational process workshops, involving liaising with users and defining process requirements
• 　Train and educate business users that are responsible for operations and management of various business processes
• 　Lead and define a governance framework which is suitable for Global supply chain processes
• 　Partner with operations and cross functional teams to create clear roles & responsibility documentation
• 　Carry out controlling, monitoring, measuring, executing, designing, and evaluating performance of business processes
• 　Creating & Setting up forums that enable key governance implementation and execution
• 　Supporting any internal & external audit for all supply chain related process
• 　Ensuring all the process related documentation are updated
• 　Be an agent of change to ensure process changes are accepted and properly implemented across the globe

Profile

The ideal candidate for this role has at least 6-8 years of experience working in process management teams with relevant education with good knowledge of supply chain. Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages (German, Dutch, French or Spanish) will be considered an asset.

• Certified in six sigma (in a company) is a must - preferably black belt.
• Good knowledge of process documentation.
• Experienced in　implementing governance framework in a matrix　and in　an international organization
• Good understanding of SAP, Microsoft Office　process documentation tools (eg. Signavio)
• Candidates who have worked in management consultancy will be preferred.

• Capable of working without daily instructions and a　team player
• Knowledge of change management.
• Able to travel up to 30 %.

Job Offer

A full time position (40 hours / week)　with a fixed base salary plus bonus. The actual level of remuneration depends on skills and experience.
