We are looking for a:
Customer Quality and Technical Manager KFC (Yum! Brands)
40 hours per week, at the Oudenhoorn/Hellevoetsluis location
Farm Frites is continuously working to expand its global position in the food service market. To help realize our growth ambitions, we are looking for an experienced and driven Customer Quality and Technical Manager KFC / Yum! Brands.

Your role
As the Customer Quality and Technical Manager, you will be responsible for all technical and quality related matters within the KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell globally.

You will be involved in:
Overseeing audits and factory tours with customers.
Handling customer and/or quality-related inquiries from customers and prospects.
Timely and accurately completing all required customer templates and forms.
Attending various taste panels, which may take place in Oudenhoorn, Lommel, and Sint-Truiden, during morning taste panels when relevant production runs are assessed.

Working remotely with our Egyptian and new factories
Overseeing line trials in the factories.
Communicating with the factory's QA department and shift leaders, and making corrections as needed.
Physically attending customer tastings at different locations both in the Netherlands and abroad.
Training customer teams.
Being involved in the development of new products (NPDs) and Limited Time Offers (LTOs) in consultation with product management.
Involvement in the introduction of new potato varieties.
Proactively communicating with customers/prospects’ QA and R&D teams, proposing solutions or following up on complaints as a fully-fledged conversation partner.

Your team
You will be part of our KFC (Yum! Brands) team and report directly to the Yum! Business Unit Director and to the QA and R&D departments at Farm Frites.

Educatie and skills:
HBO working and thinking level, preferably with a degree in food technology.
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Quality.
Preferable knowledge of KFC / Yum! customers & systems (e.g. TrueView)
Knowledge of food safety and quality standards such as HACCP, GMP, GFSI, ISO, Halal, Kosher.
Experience in translating quality requirements and risks into instructions and procedures.
Positive, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
Persuasiveness and strong communication skills.
Passion for fries, technology, and production processes, with an eye for detail.
Excellent command of the English language (this will be your main working language).
Willingness to travel regularly to the Lommel or Sint-Truiden site (at least one day per week).
