Your tasks
As HR Business Partner you are responsible for the operational management of all HR activities and you play an important role in the local implementation of central initiatives and the execution of our corporate strategy. Together with an experienced team, you are the contact for all personnel-related topics for different companies of the DKV Group at different locations in the Netherlands.Here are some of your future tasks and topics:
- Competent and critical sparring partner of the management team, especially in HR Operations (Payroll, HR Administration, Labour Law)
- Trusted HR contact for our colleagues
- Recruiting & Onboarding
- Performance Management
- Compensation Management & Target Setting
- Personnel Planning FTE & Costs | Reporting
- Education and training
- Health & Safety
- Acting as a local change manager in central initiatives
- Interface between head office and national subsidiary
- Participation and independent management of projects
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies or comparable degree (subject area personnel is an advantage)
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources
- Knowledge of employment law required
- Moderation and coaching experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
- Hands on mentality
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent people skills
