A Day in the life of a Head of Performance & Reward
- Your responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive rewards and vitality programs aligned with the ING's vision and values.
- Navigating the regulatory landscape, you turn challenges into opportunities.
- Your role spans Compensation & Benefits, involving expertise in reward processes, pensions, governance, vitality, wellbeing, benefits, and performance management.
- In this influential position, you advise top leadership on all compensation and benefits matters, leading a team of experts in diverse areas.
Your team comprises two skilled leads (Benefits and Vitality, Pensions) and five colleagues focusing on compensation, performance, and salary mass evolutions. Functionally, you oversee P&R in Luxembourg.

As a Head of Performance & Reward, you will have the opportunity to:
- Build a robust network within and outside ING
- Engage with various organizational levels, including with ExCo and Global teams
- Self-develop as a result of the dynamic P&R landscape
- Collaborate with HRBP Leads, Heads of People Services, Talent & Learning, and Communication and thus contributing to shaping the ING People Vision.
