Design Lead

Design at GRRR

In this position, you will be kicking off projects, creating ideas and leaving comfort zones. You work on branding and mainly digital products. You work closely with our experienced team of designers, strategists, developers and project managers. You share inspiration and new design trends within the team. You are outgoing and love going to conferences and watching talks to get inspired.

As a team lead you will spend about 25% of your time guiding other designers in their development and creating the requirements for the team to make their best work ever. As Art Director you create awesome work and are the lead in digital or branding projects.
