Business Developer Germany
We are building the most comprehensive event technology platform on this planet. Our system assists event organizers in planning, promoting, and selling tickets for their events. Stager was founded in the Netherlands (Rotterdam), and we already have enthusiastic customers in Germany and Belgium. Now is the time to expand our reach and conquer the German market.
Your Role
As Business Developer Germany, you will play a crucial role in this expansion. You are a pioneer who will explore the German market and seize new opportunities. Your ultimate goal is to establish and lead the German division of Stager. This includes building relationships, acquiring new customers, and positioning Stager as the preferred partner for the event industry in Germany.What will you do?
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the German event industry.
- Actively acquire new customers and build relationships with venues, clubs, festivals, theaters, and other relevant partners.
- You will maintain contact with existing German customers.
- Present our solutions to potential customers and convince them of the benefits of Stager.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that increase Stager’s visibility in Germany.
- Attend trade fairs, conferences, and networking events to represent Stager.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to accelerate our growth in Germany.
- Ultimately lead the German division of Stager, including building and managing a local team.
Who are you?
- You have proven experience in a commercial role (minimum 2 years), preferably in the event industry or software sector, and aspire to a leadership position.
- You have a network in the German event industry.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can work independently and take initiative.
- You are based in the Netherlands or Germany and are willing to travel regularly within Germany or between Germany and the Netherlands.
- You are fluent in German and English.
