Absolutely essential. You will be the link between the agency and new clients. You will leverage your experience and network to identify and create opportunities, close deals, and build long-term relationships. You know exactly how to translate a digital roadmap into concrete plans and collaborations from a commercial/sales perspective. Through your network, smart research, and lead generation, you will uncover opportunities. You’ll convince clients of the value of Salesforce and how the team can support them. You will guide the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. Additionally, you will collaborate with management and the executive team to shape larger sales initiatives.Think you can do this?
With your persuasive skills and goal-driven approach, you will make a real difference. You have a proven track record of closing deals with various types of companies and possess a strong network in the business world (both nationally and internationally). You are familiar with CRM systems and lead generation tools, and you know how to convince clients with strong presentations and discussions.The agency is open to candidates from various backgrounds. An experienced Business Developer with experience in purchasing software packages would be a great fit. Experience with selling Salesforce is ideal, but the agency is also open to candidates with backgrounds in selling other software packages (such as Microsoft, AFAS, Oracle, etc.). After all, a strong network is key.
If you have a background in consultancy or staffing, where you understand the needs of hiring managers, that experience would also be valuable. If you have worked as a Business Developer in an agency, that would be a great fit too!
Combine this with at least 5 years of experience and an HBO (Bachelor’s) level of thinking and working.
