Voor onze opdrachtgever, een grootschalige onderhoudsorganisatie in de infrastructuur in de regio Drechtsteden, zijn wij op zoek naar een Maintenance Coordinator / Engineer voor langdurige termijn.

Taken

Verzamelen van gegevens met betrekking tot toestand (conditie), onderhoud, storing en gebruik van systemen.
Bewaken kwaliteit van data.
Analyseren systeem-prestaties en afwijkingen en advies uitbrengen aan Main Supervisors en Hoofd planning & werkvoorbereiding
Toetsen van geldende asset¬management-plannen.
Initiëren van verbeter- en optimalisatievoorstellen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Gefundeerde schriftelijke analyses van storingen.
Analyses voor optimalisatie van performance, productiviteit en kwaliteit van de assets en het eigen onderhoud.
Aandragen van verbeter- en optimalisatie- voorstellen aan Main Supervisors.
Contact onderhouden met systeem-leveranciers over technische issues.
Vastlegging van alle activiteiten via ME – werkorders en rapportages.

Kennis/ competenties

HBO werk- en denkniveau. met Civiele Opleiding of gelijkwaardig
Kennis van en ervaring met onderhouds-management
Kennis van en ervaring met data analyse.
Goede schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid.
Goede communicatieve vaardigheid.
Technische inzicht.
Analytisch vermogen.
Zelfstandig kunnen werken
Kennis van de Engelse taal.

Bevoegdheden

Adviserende rol in aanpassen van onderhoudsconcepten i.o.m. Assurance Manager en Main supervisor.
Beoordelen van systeem wijzigingen.
Wil jij bijdragen aan uitdagende projecten en een sleutelrol spelen in het succesvol beheren van grootschalige onderhoudsprojecten in de infrastructuur?
