For our customer, active in the Datacenter branch, we're looking for a Sr Project Manager.
You will lead a team of dedicated Project Managers. Manages, coaches, supports and develops Project Managers in managing projects according to defined Project Management policies, guidelines, programs and standards.

• Coordinate overall planning of projects and decides on allocation of resources.
• Maintain constant communication to customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders.
• Monitor continuously the status of all assigned projects, and supports the accountable Project Managers.
• Manage consolidation and completion of budget plannings for all projects, and ensures related reportings.
• Decide and allocate financial and personnel resources, to the assigned projects.
• Set up and monitor all assigned projects, and consults and supports the accountable Project Managers.
• Ensure that quality standards for Project Management processes are met at all times.
• Initiate improvements and ensures appropriate PM workflow environment.
• May clarify cases as an escalation point.
• Oversees and manages a dedicated team of Project Manager and/or Project Management Office staff.

Requested:

• BSc / MSc Electro
• 7+ years experience in a similar role within a international/technical environment.
• Ample experience with guiding and managing a team (approx. 8 FTE).
• Good command of the Dutch and English language (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Currently living & working in the Netherlands (EU passport).
