About us

Penal Reform International (PRI) is a non-governmental organisation working globally to promote criminal justice systems that uphold human rights for all and do no harm. We work to make criminal justice systems non-discriminatory and protect the rights of disadvantaged people. We run practical human rights programmes and support reforms that make criminal justice fair and effective.

We are looking to recruit a part-time
Fundraising Officer
, based in either the Netherlands or London, UK, to join our international team and support our Director of Programme Development in maximising PRI’s organisational fundraising capacity.

What we offer

Gross annual salary: Euros 31,200 including 8% vacation allowance in the Netherlands (Euros 39,000 FTE) or GBP 27,196 in the UK (GBP 33,995 FTE) plus generous annual leave allowance.

Contract type: Part-time (80%) fixed term for one year, with the possibility of extension
