Reception Manager

who will not only maintain this standard, but make our stellar cast of receptionists shine even further.
What will you do?
✔ Leading, coaching and motivating our reception team – you will turn a good team into a great team! ✔ Demonstrated leadership experience.
✔ Ensure that our procedures and standards are not only adhered to, but executed with flair and enthusiasm.
✔ Fix problems before guests notice at all.
✔ Setting a good example yourself and raising the bar even higher.
✔ Optimize the guest experience so that our guests can’t help but come back again!
What do you bring?
✨ Experience in front office, hospitality or similar position.
✨ Eye for detail and heart for service.
✨ Strong coaching skills – you know exactly how to inspire and grow your team.
✨ Solution-oriented and a good dose of stress resistance.
✨ A natural flair for structure and procedures – rules are not there to restrict, but to take service to the next level!
