Het Quality Control (QC) laboratorium is onderdeel van de CMC afdeling (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control) en is gevestigd in Assen. Het QC laboratorium analyseert allerlei types nieuwe medicatie alvorens dit kan worden gebruikt in het klinisch geneesmiddelonderzoek.

Het QC laboratorium is verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning in de ontwikkeling van formuleringen van medicatie, opzetten en valideren van nieuwe analysemethodes en het analyseren van nieuwe medicatie alvorens toediening in mensen.

We hebben een ongelooflijke kans voor een Lab Analist I/II om het QC laboratorium in Assen, Nederland, te komen versterken.

Wat ga je doen?

• Uitvoeren van Quality Control analyses op nieuwe medicatie bedoeld voor humane toediening in klinisch geneesmiddelonderzoek. Vrijgifte van de nieuwe medicatie hangt mede af van de data gegenereerd door het QC laboratorium
• Je voert diverse analysetechnieken uit in een GMP omgeving:
• HPLC/UPLC analyse
• Endotoxine
• Osmolaliteit
• Deeltjes analyse
• Dichtheid
• pH
• Dissolutie
• Disintegratie
• Water gehalte (Karl Fisher)
• Compendial testen volgens internationale standaarden
• Interpretatie en data processen en rapportage van resultaten en het goedkeuren of afkeuren van analyses
• Zelfstandige (project) planning van analyses
• Zefstandig uitvoeren van analyses waarbij je onderdeel uitmaakt van een projectteam
• Je voert data review uit voor kwaliteitscontrole.
• Je draagt bij aan onderzoek wanneer analyses onverwachte resultaten laten zien
• Je start met een jaarcontract met zicht op een vast dienstverband.

 
Wat breng je mee?

• Kennis van laboratoriumprocessen. Kennis van GMP is een pre.
• Voltooide MBO-4 of HBO laboratorium opleiding
• Je kunt zelfstandig analyses uitvoeren
• Je hebt een probleem oplossend vermogen en hebt een nauwkeurige en flexibele instelling.
• Je bent minimaal 32-40 uur per week inzetbaar.
