Outfitting Designer Offshore Equipment (6 month project)

MULTI.engineering is currently looking for an
Outfitting Designer Offshore Equipment
to join the team of our client in the area of Rotterdam, The Netherlands. This concerns a temporary project for a period of minimum
six months
(extension possible).

Tasks & responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the design and development of secondary steel drawings (stairs, platforms, railings);
• You route the design of cable trays, connections and other essential components;
• You will collaborate in the design of equipment for offshore purposes like cranes, offshore grippers, j-lay systems, etc.

Profile

Technical knowledge and soft skills

• You have a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant;
• You have experience with the design of offshore equipment;
• You are a strong communicator;
• You are experienced with

Inventor

and AutoCad 2D (required);

• You have an excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
