Als Receptionist(e) bied je een warm welkom en uitstekende service aan bezoekers en medewerkers van de locatie waar jij werkzaam bent. De kunst is om van hun bezoek een ervaring te maken die de gasten niet zomaar vergeten. Daarnaast zorg je voor een perfecte registratie en schenk je een lekker kopje koffie of thee. Als spin in het web beantwoord je ook telefonische vragen, reageer je op e-mails en beheer je de vergaderruimtes. Waar het in deze baan om draait: nieuwe ervaringen creëren én delen. Hierdoor is elke dag anders! Ga jij deze uitdaging aan?

Our ideal candidate possesses

• Extensive experience in high-end service delivery;
• Good communication skills, a proactive work attitude and is solution-oriented;
• A presentable appearance and a hands-on mentality;
• The knowledge to organize an event.

Furthermore, it is important that you

• Fluent in Dutch and also proficient in English;
• Live in or around Amsterdam (there are

no
on-site parking options);

Per direct beschikbaar bent op maandag & woensdag 08:30-17:00 = 16 uur (fulltime mogelijkheden zijn bespreekbaar).
