For Achmea we are looking for an enthusiastic proactive receptionist(e) who is happy to perform a classic reception function. As a receptionist(e) you offer a warm welcome and excellent service to visitors and employees of Achmea. As a receptionist(e), you are committed to providing visitors and employees with an unforgettable reception experience. You ensure a perfect reception and departure, where in addition to registration, pass distribution and pass collection, much attention is paid to Service and Hospitality, for example you also pour a nice cup of coffee or tea for the visitors. As a spider in the web you also answer internal telephone questions and respond to internal e-mails. You can think of questions like: Has my guest arrived yet, is it possible to reserve a meeting room, are there parking spaces available for my guests etc. Are you looking for an awesome hostess/host position in which you also take care of appropriate administrative tasks? What do we ask of you?

• Experience in providing excellent service (experience in hospitality/hotelling is a plus);
• A proactive work ethic, thinking in solutions;
• Een leuke parttime receptie functie voor twee dagen per week (maandag 08:00-17:30 en dinsdag 08:00-17:30 = 18 uur);
• A presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
• You are fluent in Dutch and can communicate well in English;
• Living in (the vicinity of) Zeist;
• That you are available on short notice. We are aware you may have a notice period. You may still be considered for the position because of this.
