Are you a student with a curiosity for market information and strategic insights? Nedap Security is looking for a someone to assist us in gathering and analyzing market data. In this role, you will contribute to strategic decision-making by providing relevant market insights and data.

Key responsibilities:

Research:

 Conduct research on potential new markets, including industry trends, competitors, customer behavior, and market dynamics.

Analysis: 

Collect, analyze, and interpret market data either through desk research, internal sources, or external sources.

Reporting: 

Complete reports based on factual data with recommendations to key stakeholders.

Your team

In this role, you will not be part of a fixed team but will collaborate with various specialists. You will be supported by an experienced market intelligence specialist and will work closely with colleagues from product management, marketing, and sales within the Security business unit.

As a token of our appreciation for your efforts, we organize a 'Nedap Student Day' every six months – a fun day with all other interns, graduation project students, and working students at Nedap. You will receive a neat monthly salary, depending on your age, tasks, and (study) experience.

Required experience and skills

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills who can translate data into relevant insights for the business. You are proactive and able to create support within the organization for data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders and can present your findings in a structured and engaging manner.

Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

Education: 

you are a Bachelor student, preferably in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or Economics.

Experience:

 Experience with market research, either for school or company projects.

Methodology:

 Familiar with research methodology and able to adjust your approach based on your findings.

Language:

 Fluent in English and Dutch. 
You are available for a minimum of 8 to 16 hours per week, with the flexibility to work one full day per week at our office in Groenlo.
