WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced (Music) Video Producer who can manage and produce music videos and video assets with external production agencies as well as streamline the creative workload within the video branch of our studio unit. Our work environment is fast paced, this requires an assertive and detail oriented producer who has excellent communication and negotiation skills and who knows exactly how to balance quality standards to deliver high-quality content.

Coordination and managing multiple timelines is a key KPI to our measurement of success. Therefore we are looking for a solution-focused, pro-active and positive minded producer who at the same time understands the risk and challenges of video productions as well. The producer knows how to perfectly streamline productions from pitching phase to delivery deadlines and manage our clients and artists expectations within the given timelines and budgets.

Moreover the producer will work closely with various departments and supplies marketing, social and brand partnerships teams with in-house or external video content. They will report directly to our Head of Design.

Our video productions require a producer who understands how to approach and match the right creative partners with our artist roster. As we manage the world’s biggest dance channels and serve world’s biggest DJ’s we’re looking for someone who thrives in a challenging creative environment and is ambitious to contribute to our success.

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

• Able to produce high volume of music videos while ensuring and managing the level of quality we demand.
• Able to find the right talent to expand our pool of production companies to deliver outstanding branded content.
• Consistent in communication with all team members, from core team to internal stakeholders, artists and managers.
• Able to manage multiple timelines, budgets and projects simultaneously, to ensure that (internal) stakeholders are managed.
• Able to work independently and make sure that no additional administrative activities are lost. 70% of the workload is managing projects 30% is administration.
• Responsible for the relationship management of the production companies.
• Responsible for coordination and streamlining the workload for the studio unit.

About you

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• You have bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Have experience coordinating workload for teams and managing internal stakeholders
• and external clients.
• You are a real team player who loves working collaboratively and has an instinct for
• liaising with creatives
• You have a proven track record of music video productions and have some experience
• in producing online formats.
• You know how to translate the creative vision of artists to a briefing for external
• production agencies.
• You have great communication & interpersonal skills which you use for the right tone
• different internal stakeholders, artists and managers.
• You love to work in the Music Industry.
