About the Role

We are looking for a 
Security Awareness Expert
 to enhance security culture and awareness across a global organization. In this role, you will work closely with a 
behaviour scientist
 to strengthen security awareness programs, ensuring employees develop strong security habits to protect confidential information.
You will play a key role in the 
Security Culture Program
, supporting tens of thousands of 
employees worldwide
 by analysing behaviour, running phishing simulations, and creating insightful reports to drive security improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute 
phishing simulations
 to assess employee awareness.
Conduct 
behavioural surveys
 as part of security culture assessments.
Analyse survey results and combine them with other data for deeper insights.
Design 
dashboards
 to track security awareness trends.
Generate detailed 
analytical reports
 with actionable recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

Background in behavioural science, psychology, or cultural analysis.

 Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
Strong 
data analysis skills
 (both qualitative and quantitative).
Proficiency in 
Excel, Power BI, Qualtrics
, or other data visualization tools.
Experience designing 
dashboards and reports
 for insights and decision-making.
Ability to work in a 
corporate environment
 and engage with internal communities.
