Location: Denmark (Remote/Hybrid options available) some site visits.
Duration: Contract long term

Role Overview:
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Lead Functional Consultant with a strong background in SFSF LMS implementation, configuration, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and IT departments to design and deliver an optimized learning experience within SuccessFactors LMS for a Danish enterprise.
This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP SFSF LMS, including learning administration, course setup, reporting, compliance tracking, and integration with other SAP modules or third-party applications.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP SuccessFactors LMS Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
- Design and optimize learning structures, catalogs, curricula, programs, and course management.
- Configure compliance tracking, certifications, and instructor-led & e-learning courses.
- Define and implement role-based permissions, access controls, and user management.
- Integrate SFSF LMS with HRIS, Payroll, SAP HCM, and third-party learning content providers.
Functional Process Optimization:
- Work with HR, L&D, and IT teams to enhance learning workflows and automation.
- Ensure compliance with Danish labor laws and industry-specific learning regulations.
- Optimize employee training tracking, learning paths, and competency assessments.
- Implement AI-driven learning recommendations and talent development strategies.
- Improve user experience, self-service options, and mobile learning capabilities.
Integration & Technical Support:
- Support integrations with HR, payroll, talent, and workforce management systems.
- Troubleshoot API connections, data flow issues, and system configurations.
- Ensure seamless data exchange between LMS and other SAP modules (SF EC, SF PM/GM, etc.).
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for learning performance.
Training & Change Management:
- Conduct user training sessions, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of SuccessFactors LMS.
SAP SuccessFactors LMS Expertise:
Hands-on experience with SAP SFSF LMS (Learning Administration, Compliance, Training)
Strong understanding of learning structures, curricula, certification tracking, and compliance
Experience in LMS integrations with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors modules, and third-party content
Ability to configure role-based security, workflows, and learning automation
Expertise in reporting, analytics, and dashboards within LMS
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) setup and configuration.
- Experience with Danish labor laws and compliance requirements for learning.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning API, connectors, and data migration.
- Familiarity with learning content providers (SCORM, xAPI, AICC integration).
- Experience with HRIS and talent management systems (SAP HCM, SF EC, Workday, UKG, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead requirement workshops and drive business process improvements.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors LMS Certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience with SAP EC, PM/GM, Onboarding, and HR analytics
- Familiarity with AI-driven learning recommendations and upskilling strategies
- Experience in Danish or Nordic enterprise environments
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 8-12+ years of experience in SAP HR/LMS implementations.
- 5+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors LMS functional consulting experience.
