Pollux is growing fast, and we are looking for a driven Planner to help us continue to grow! In this role, you will ensure that our permanent and flexible employees are perfectly scheduled, so that we can seamlessly meet our clients' needs. You play a crucial role in coordinating work, accommodation and transport, and know how to coordinate this in such a way that maximum efficiency is achieved.

Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Managing and controlling the various pools of temporary workers with the aim of placing the right temporary workers in the right place;
  • Taking care of the daily planning using digital planning software;
  • Solving calamities;
  • Adequate processing of changes in the planning;
  • Ensuring correct administrative processing in accordance with our internal work processes;
  • The linchpin in the communication between the various departments and clients with regard to the planning.

What do we expect of you?

  • Minimum MBO working and thinking level;
  • Experience in the temping industry is a plus;
  • Good oral and written command of the English language; plus Polish or Romanian
  • Knowledge of the Dutch language is an advantage
  • Flexibility - able to manage people in stressful situations
  • In possession of a valid driving licence B
  • Knowledge of basic computer programmes. Knowledge of P4F is an advantage
  • Strong social skills and enjoy working together
  • Willingness to be on telephone standby after office hours and at weekends

Bonuses, compensation and working hours

As a planner, you will work shifts from 6am to 8pm every day Monday to Friday. However, occasional telephone shifts are expected and you must be prepared to assist in emergency situations after working hours. For this, you will of course receive additional compensation.
