Job Description SummaryThe purpose of this role is to drive Air growth and profitability in the Gateway by translating global strategy and initiatives into Gateway Product, Carrier and Performance plans and ensure this is being executed and provide support with expertise and guidance. This role will need close coordination with customers,customer care team, pricing team and all other relevant stakeholders to ensure that best in class service is given to our customers.• Identify and share market trends, opportunities and customer needs• Support the execution of global initiatives and strategy within the Country, the Area & the Global NetworkSupport the Regional function in maintaining carrier relations• Actively support & build strong relationships with customers• Own customer experienceWe are looking forMinimum 1 year of export/gateway operational experienceAirfreight forwarding experience requiredExperience with an airfreight management system will be an assetExcellent communication skillsA drive for results and reaching KPI'sAbility to solve issuesWell organized when working under pressureTeam playerCross cultural awarenessFluent EnglishAvailability to work from SchipolAble to provide VGBAs part of our pre-employment checks, you could be asked to provide VOG.#LI-FVMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
