Wat wij van jou vragen:
- You are a Hong Kong/China/Indonesia citizen
- You have a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- You bring over 5 years of solid field service experience, preferably with printing machines, packaging machines, or automation systems.
- You excel in planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills.
- You have a good command of written and spoken English, and knowledge of a third language is a plus.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD drawing software.
- You can review technical specifications and understand technical/conceptual drawings from customers and suppliers.
- You are self-motivated, can work independently, and handle pressure well.
- You are willing to travel overseas frequently, including to China.

- Perform and carry out field technical support.
- Conduct installation and commissioning of machines and tooling.
- Collaborate with the overseas team to support customer service activities in Asia.
- Execute planned preventive maintenance, emergency callouts, repairs, upgrades, and provide telephone and email support to customers.
- Offer application software support.
- Liaise with the factory in Europe to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide pre-sale technical support.
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
- aConduct product application or technical training for customers.
