In this role, you will own the Global People Function data, reporting & analytics strategy across the full scope of the Global People Function (incl. recruitment, talent & leadership, learning, DEI, culture & engagement and Operational reporting). You will drive the continuous evolution of reporting & analytics solutions, aligned with business needs and priorities as well as oversee the development, implementation and management of reporting and related data standards.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 
1.

Define the Global People function Data, Reporting & Analytics Strategy:
Own the data, reporting, and analytics strategy for the Global People Function, ensuring alignment with goals of the function and continuous improvement of reporting.

Platform & reporting Solutions
: Leads the team of Data & Reporting Specialists and manages the supplier development team, with end-to-end ownership of the Global People Function reporting/ analytics platform(s). Oversees the performance of the platform(s), ensuring that people insights are available to all OpCos. Fosters strong partnerships with the Global Process Owner(s), internal stakeholders (across functions and OpCos), as well as external providers. Oversees the delivery against the roadmap within the agreed budget, taking ownership for functional design, resourcing while considering compliance and data privacy standards.

Drives continuous improvement of global reporting and analytics:
Provides innovative outside-in, identifying opportunities for improvement based on industry trends and new technologies. Partners with Global D&T to ensure alignment with overall architecture standards, maintaining a cross-functional E2E view. Partners with the Business Process Owners to further drive insights-led decision making. Collects and prioritizes functional requirements to evaluate and/ or shape reporting and analytics platform to business needs.

Data model & annual reporting
: Own and govern People Data models, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with reporting standards. Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of People Function initiatives, driving informed decision making at all levels. Ensures that all OpCos report in a consistent and orderly manner. Point of contact for the annual report audit on people metrics.

Support:
Partners with the Global Solutions & Support team to set direction and evaluate releases, solution enhancements, etc.. Leads the team of Data & Reporting Specialists to help build reporting & analytics skills in the support team and OpCos

 

Key Experiences & Profile:
 
 

What:

- Education:

University level education or the equivalent qualified by experience

- Work experience:

10+ years in data and/or analytics reporting

- Required work experience in field of expertise

: Proven track record of turning data into actionable insights. Extensive experience with reporting platforms (Azure, PowerBI), Project and Financial management

- Functional skills

: People Function knowledge across all domains of the function. Deep understanding of People Function processes and enabling technologies. Extensive experience with building relationships across functions and OpCos. Experience acting as trusted advisor to People Function stakeholders.

- Languages

: Fluent in English (written & spoken), at least one other language preferred
