What are you going to do?

Helping companies and people is in our DNA. After all, ICT forms the backbone of our business operations.
At Xafax ICT we are looking for a driven account manager (North Holland North region) to further strengthen our sales team. As an account manager at Xafax ICT, you build long-term relationships with existing and new customers, working closely with our office staff and engineers.

Do you make the difference as an account manager for your customer and for your organization? Are you able to act as your customer's IT partner? Do you have the answers for our customers in the field of IT infrastructures, (public) cloud solutions and applications? Then take up the challenge as an account manager at Xafax ICT.

What you're going to do

As an account manager you are responsible for generating turnover and margin within your own network of customers and relations by selling IT services. Your focus is mainly on acquiring new customers and further expanding existing accounts.

Are you the commercial talent who will support us in this? Are you familiar with the sale of ICT services in SMEs and do you get energy from building customer relationships? And are you ready for the next step in your career in a fun job with a lot of challenge? Tasks
  • As an account manager you act as a contact person between the customer and our organization and you know how to optimally present our services
  • You draw up a sales plan for your existing and potential customers within the target group of Xafax ICT
  • Within your position you are active and visible in the Xafax ICT network and you know how to keep customer satisfaction at an excellent level
  • You promote Xafax services to customers by looking with our engineers at possibilities for additional solutions and expansion of services and product sales

Who are we looking for?

  • You have an MBO+ working and thinking level in a commercial direction, experience within IT or a similar position is an advantage
  • Account manager experience: at least 2 years (desired)
  • You are commercial and take independent action to sell services/solutions and maintain customer relationships
  • You live in North Holland
