Voor onze opdrachtgever in de Randstad, actief op het gebied van technologie t.b.v. infrastructurele projecten, zijn wij op zoek naar eem HR Operations medewerker.

het bedrijf is een technologische onderneming met, ruim 200 gedreven medewerkers in Nederland en 3200 wereldwijd, die zich bezig houden met innovatieve en complexe projecten in de infrastructuur. Zij ontwikkelen, realiseren en onderhouden IT-platformen, automatiseringsoplossingen en andere systemen voor bruggen, tunnels, keringen, sluizen en (water)wegen teneinde de mobiliteit, de verkeersveiligheid en de duurzaamheid te verhogen.

Jouw nieuwe rol – uitdagend en toekomstgericht
onze opdrachtgever is een relatief jong bedrijf. Zij zijn pas als zelfstandig bedrijf opgericht en kennen op het gebied van HR een Hub structuur. Voor Nederland houdt dat in dat HR naast Nederland ook ondersteuning biedt aan de managers en medewerkers in België, Luxemburg, Portugal en Griekenland.

De functie:
Het ondersteunen van de HR Business Partner bij alle operationele HR zaken. Jij geeft ondersteuning bij de reeds lopende implementatie van het gloednieuwe Core HR IT-systeem en jij ondersteunt HR als interface tussen onze medewerkers en onze toekomstige 3rd party payroll provider. Daarnaast zien zij graag jouw ondersteuning bij HR-programma’s, -processen en -beleid op basis van de bedrijfsomgeving / -strategie.

Er is een HR BP en een HR Operations collega aanwezig die de nodige ervaring hebben en zij zoeken nu iemand die hen beide kan ondersteunen!

Gevraagd:

• Wij zoeken iemand die binnen HR in een tweede of derde baan actief is.
• Je hebt al de nodige 9aantoonbare) kennis opgedaan met de administratieve- en procesondersteuning binnen HR.
• Je weet hoe je kunt communiceren, in Nederlands en Engels.
• Het spreken van de Franse taal en kennis van HR binnen een land als België, is een groot voordeel;
• Op dit moment werk je met IT-applicaties, online tools, in-house databases en MS Office applicaties.
• Je bent voor (minimaal) 24 uur/week beschikbaar.

De projecten waar jij in zou kunnen ondersteunen, zijn groot, complex en afwisselend.
