Aankomend/junior/Cost Controller
Voor een grootschalig multidisciplinair Infraproject in Centraal Nederland zijn wij op zoek naar een Aankomend/Junior/medior Cost Control specialist
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor Project Control-activiteiten en assisteer je bij de voorbereiding van Project Controls-activiteiten binnen dit Infraproject.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• (Assisteren bij) het genereren, controleren en analyseren van gegevens om nauwkeurigheid te garanderen; een geordende administratie bijhouden om audit gegevens te verstrekken
• Gebruik de Work Breakdown- en Project Coderingssystemen om ervoor te zorgen dat gegevens op consistente wijze correct in de Project Controls-systemen worden ingevoerd
• Ontwikkel het format voor kostenrapporten zoals vereist door interne of klantvereisten
• Opstellen en bijwerken van wekelijkse werkplannen
• (Assisteren bij) het opstellen van specialiteitsschema s, de project personeelsforecast, kasstromen, projectresultaten en het uitvoeren van winst erkenningsactiviteiten
• Analyseer de huidige plannings-/kostentrends en identificeer potentiële probleemgebieden
• Andere taken zoals toegewezen

Basisfunctievereisten

• Bachelor diploma (Civiele Techniek / Bouwkunde / Bouwmanagement & Engineering)
• Maximaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een Bouwbedrijf of Bouw-/Infraproject
• Flexibel en bereid om naar projectlocatie te reizen (in Nederland)
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling is een must en beheersen van de Engelse taal spreken/schriftelijk
• Functie gerelateerde technische kennis die nodig is om de klus te klaren
• Vermogen om kennis van toepasselijke lokale, provinciale en federale/nationale statuten en richtlijnen te leren en toe te passen
• Vermogen om aandacht te besteden aan details en op een tijdbewuste en tijd effectieve manier te werken

Andere functievereisten

• Begrijp de grondbeginselen van technische modellen en constructietekeningen
• Begrijp de fundamentele concepten van schatten
• Vaardigheid in het gebruik van geautomatiseerde kosten- of planningsbeheersystemen
• Beschikken over sterke personal computervaardigheden
